Notion is convenient, but you can get lost
It's been a while since I've talked about Notion. Since I switched from Evernote in August, I've been accumulating information in Notion, and now I have over 70,000 items.
For tips on how to use Notion by yourself and an introduction for beginners, please see the articles below. 【Notion】【With a 1-month invitation link】Notion is better than Evernote for managing your life 【Notion】It's Notion, not Evernote series【Create a book review gallery】
Since I'm using information so much, I've recently started calling Notion my "My CIA" and using it for my daily life hacks.
When I backed it up, the backup size was over 2GB even though it was mostly text, so I wonder how much information I've come into contact with and thrown away in modern society.
I still want to invent better ways to use it. With that in mind, I was casually looking at the Notion documentation and was amazed at how extensive the templates were.

I think you'll agree that you can do anything.
Let me briefly introduce the templates that are available for each type of user.
First, for university students. There are templates for school timetables, exam information summaries, and class rosters.
Next, for engineers. Notion supports not only Markdown but also notations such as LaTex and multi-line code (e.g., ```JavaScript) for all languages. Of course, it also has a Kanban system, and you can add tags like in Scrum development.
Next, for designers. The ability to manage assets such as images and files and display them in a gallery is a strong point.
When using it as a team, the meeting minutes, Kanban system, and wiki system are effective. The Kanban system allows you to manage the Kanban by setting a Notion account for the person in charge, and it also has reminders, making it the strongest groupware. It is also perfect as a wiki. As you can see in the second image below, you can create a cute wiki.
When using it personally, use a stylish cover photo to lift your spirits. I also create lists for travel plans and meals with reference to templates to get me excited. The second photo is my meal plan for this week.
