[Sauna Textbook] Go deeper into the sauna
Roughly speaking
- Saunaikitai. Introducing sauna tips. Saunas are full of medical benefits.
- The upper level is hotter. The cold bath is relaxed.
- Recommended sauna spots in the Kanto region. Sauna Shikiji is too famous so I'll skip it.
Saunaikitai
It is an unprecedented sauna boom.
The keyword is "totono."
He hangs into the greenhouse and faces himself sweating. When I leave the sauna, the cold bath tightens my skin. It's gonna go well.
Sauna Shikiji, a sacred site located in Suruga Ward, Shizuoka City, is visited by saunas from all over the country. The secret to its popularity is that the cold bath is made from natural water. Mellow silky natural water envelops you.
Saunas have medical benefits. When the heat from the sauna is transmitted to the body, a protein called HSP (heat shock protein) is produced, and it has the effect of improving the immune system by recovering from protein damage.
Furthermore, it is expected to recover from fatigue caused by sweating and to improve stiff shoulders by promoting blood circulation.
Cold baths have the effect of adjusting the autonomic nervous system, tightening the skin, and improving hypotension, which can help prevent headaches and fatigue.
The only drawback is that if men enter the sauna too much, sperm activity will decrease. Moderation is essential for everything.
Sauna Tips
I would like to introduce some trivia when entering a sauna.
The sauna is hot in the back
The sauna is usually in a staircase, but the upper level behind it is hotter. The temperature difference between the upper and lower levels can be as high as 30 degrees, so prepare yourself on the lower levels and try to get the better of the upper levels.
If you go in the bath properly in front of the sauna, you will be more likely to sweat
If you are using a sauna for dieting, try soaking in the bathtub before the sauna to warm up your body in advance. Additionally, the body is dried before entering the sauna. This promotes the perspiratory effect.
Take a leisurely bath. Don't get in all at once.
If you take a cold bath and enjoy it all at once, it puts a strain on the heart and increases the risk of heart failure. Slowly soak your legs, half and whole body.
Recommended saunas in Kanto (other than Sauna Shikiji)
Now, I would like to introduce some of my recommended saunas. Sauna Shikiji is too famous, so I will exclude it here.
Incidentally, "Saunaikitai" is convenient when searching for saunas. The temperature of the sauna, the temperature of the cold bath, and reviews are useful.
Sky Spa YOKOHAMA (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture)
If you're going to experience a full-scale sauna at Louryuko, then Sky Spa YOKOHAMA is definitely the place to go.
The recommended points are the beautiful sauna and rouri. It will blow hot air every hour from 12:00 to 9:00. Recently, there are spaces that combine coworking spaces with saunas, so instead of working from home, why not enjoy light workation at the spa?
Times Spa Resta (Tokyo/Higashi Ikebukuro)
If you want to enjoy adult relaxation with an authentic Finnish sauna and aroma-filled rest room, then Times Spa Resta is the perfect place to relax.
I feel a strong commitment to Finland and relaxation. Authentic Finnish sauna, cold bath with ice, and a tub shower. Be careful as it's quite hot. The lounge was also amazing with aromatic aromas.
Dosy (Tokyo/Ebisu)
Finally, I'm Doshi, who I occasionally help out with. This hotel has a capsule hotel and a sauna, and you can use the sauna alone.
The sauna is quite hot here, making it perfect for a good night's meal. Located in the city of Ebisu, it is easy to access. There is also a sister store in Gotanda, so you can easily enjoy a sauna in Tokyo.
The sauna textbook contains recommended saunas from all over the country, and I hope you'll give it a try and conquer nationally.
