[NLP] When it's hot, consider it as a natural sauna
Roughly speaking
- The heat continues. People who talk to me when it's hot.
- I don't say it's hot. This is because I think that the outdoors are natural saunas and the indoors are cold baths.
- The psychology that allows self-hypnosis to manipulate perception is called NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
Extreme heat
This year, Japan was experiencing a cold summer, but was extremely hot.
The world is probably saying that it's "murderous heat," "it's too hot today," and that it feels like global warming.
Slurp! Why it is!
What will you do if you're so weak?
If I said it was hot, it would be hot! Don't say obvious things!
The outside is a natural sauna
I'm not saying it's hot.
For me, the outside is a natural sauna.
In a sauna, it's obvious that it's hot.
The sauna is not a place to complain about the heat. The sauna is a place to go.
Hold on and get ready.
Eventually, a cold bath called an indoor awaits you.
What is NLP?
I'm not crazy.
I self-hypnotized and changed the way I perceived the extreme heat. This is called NLP.
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming:): Neuro-linguistic programming assumes that human perception is unconsciously programmed through stimuli that they have been perceived and experienced in the past, and that their actions and responses are controlled. This is one of the psychotherapy methods that believes that by actively rewriting programming, you can change a person's psychological state and behavior.
The previously introduced "The Virus of the Mind" is a practical book located in the context of NLP.
I usually respond to extreme heat when it comes to hot, but in my case I respond by saying, "I feel it's hot right now." They view emotions objectively.
Then my response can be programmed. I program the extreme heat as a sauna, so my feelings of "hot" change to the interpretation of "it's only natural that it's hot in the sauna."
As a result, the discomfort caused by the heat disappears from me.
You might think, "No way." In fact, it is necessary to practice continuously to freely master NLP.
First, start by thinking of the extreme heat as a sauna, then read "The Virus of the Mind" to put it into practice. Something you were not good at might disappear.
