I created the workout app BADDY for workout beginners. The app will act as your trainer and support you in your first workout.
We have everything from 5-minute home workouts to full-scale machine training and even Dwayne Johnson's training, so please give it a try if you have an iOS device.

Workout app BADDY

I actually developed and released an iOS app personally the other day.

It's the first workout app, "BADDY".

The concept of the app is to try your first workout while watching how to do difficult workouts and how to use gym equipment on the app. You can download exercise menus and proceed with your training while using it as a workout companion.

I used to think about something every time I went to the gym. That is, there are many people who just run and go home.

Many people may know that strength training is actually effective for maintaining their style and body makeup, but they don't know how to do strength training, and even if they go to the gym, they just do aerobic exercise and go home. It's also a little embarrassing to ask the gym staff how to use the machines.

I was one of them, and I was able to make strength training a habit because there was someone who taught me how to do it. I can't thank the person who taught me enough.

I think there are many people who were in trouble like me. This time, I created and released BADDY so that you can see the training menu and how to do strength training on the app, and so that "the app can be your personal trainer."

Various menus are available

Currently, we have various menus from simple home training menus to machine training and training for specific parts.

In addition, you can also download a training menu configured based on information released on Instagram by the actor Dwayne Johnson, who is famous for the Fast & Furious series. It's so high-volume that just looking at it makes my head spin, but please take a look!
