【GTD】Publishing the trigger list needed to keep track of your tasks

The capture phase of GTD
I bet no one thought GTD would last this long. Before Notion, the life hack I had been doing for a long time was GTD. I've been doing it since 2011, so I have a lot of sentimental attachment to it.

They say that if you're prepared in life, you won't have any worries, but if you have GTD in life, you won't have any worries. Even if you forget something, the sense of security that GTD remembers it for you is amazing.

GTD capture takes 2 hours
The value of GTD is that it is a system that does not require you to remember tasks in your brain. Therefore, it takes time to capture tasks using a trigger list. It is better to spend about 2 hours to wash them out for the first time.
Once you have collected them, manage them with your favorite to-do tool or notebook. You can also use sticky notes and clear files. However, it is probably best to use digital tools these days. Let's use a to-do app.
Once you have finished the capture phase, you will be able to experience a refreshing feeling of a clear head that you have never felt before. Personally, it is similar to the feeling of a cold bath in a sauna. "Ah, so refreshing."
GTD Tools
As an aside, I will introduce the tools I use. Yes, it's Notion. I am using a customized Japanese version of the template in the diagram below. Every day is refreshing.
This is the reference book. I want you to read "Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-Free Productivity (Fully Revised Edition)" (David Allen/Futami Shobo), which has reached the level of perfection as an introductory book. This is the third official GTD book, and the essence of GTD is finally in a structure that is easy to understand, and personally, this is the best book, including past works.
